èßäÊÓƵ University requires all registered student organizations, campus departments, and external groups to submit a space request form to determine space availability and review the nature of the event. Completion of a space request form does not guarantee use of the space requested. 

Please fill out the following form so that èßäÊÓƵ University Conference Services or the Student Activities Office may review your request. A representative from the department will be in touch with you once we have received the form. Please note processing requests may take 2-3 business days. If a request is received less than 3 business days from the date of the meeting/event, the space may not be available. Thanks for your interest in èßäÊÓƵ!
